By calling The Whine Line, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

You consent to the recording of your call and the use of your voice, statements, and any other content you provide. The Whine Line reserves the right to use, edit, distribute, and publish your recorded messages for any purpose, including but not limited to social media, marketing, and promotional activities, without compensation or further approval.

All recordings may be shared publicly, including on social platforms such as TikTok, at the discretion of the Hotline.

By participating, you acknowledge that your submission may be humorous, satirical, or otherwise altered for entertainment purposes. You also affirm that you have the legal right to share any content you submit and that it does not infringe on the rights of any third party.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not leave a message.


SMS Terms of Service

By opting in to text messaging with The Whine Line, you agree to receive SMS messages from us in relation to your complaint submissions and interactions with our hotline.

Program Information
You consent to the use of your complaints, stories, statements, and any other content you provide via text message to The Whine Line. The hotline reserves the right to use, edit, distribute, and publish your text messages for any purpose, including but not limited to social media, marketing, and promotional activities, without compensation or further approval.

What to Expect
When you text The Whine Line, you may receive an automated response confirming that your submission was received. You may also receive follow up messages regarding the status of your submission as it changes.

We do not send recurring marketing messages. You will only receive responses related to your interactions with the hotline.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies, typically 1-3 messages per user-initiated incoming sms submission.

How to Opt In
You opt in to receiving SMS messages when you send a text message to The Whine Line number (+1866694463).

How to Opt Out
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying:

STOP to stop receiving messages
HELP for help or contact information

Once you text STOP, you will no longer receive any SMS messages from The Whine Line unless you opt in again by replying START.
